TERMS OF SALE
Dear Foreign Friends, Fans, and Customers—
The recent US tariff regulations have made it so even little businesses like halhartley.com and Possible Films are facing retaliatory tariffs from other countries.
Import fees over and above shipping costs applied to your purchases by your government can make it unreasonably expensive for you, our overseas customers, to buy from us.
We can never tell what the import fee will be before your purchase enters your country. If a customer outside the US refuses to pay an unreasonably high import fee, Possible Films is charged an even higher price for having the shipment returned to us.
It’s bad for everyone.
Please consider streaming my films right here at halhartley.com via our Vimeo channel.
Otherwise, before ordering a physical item, please consider that if you decide you can’t pay the import fee and the product is returned to us, all shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.
